Deep Tissue Guide
Deep Tissue Massage is not complex.
The techniques are simple, knowing where to press is the secret ingredient.

Easy Shoulder Release
Neck and Shoulders
Press In and Hold – we cover this knot in detail within the MasterClass (and also upgraded classes). This knot is a common cause of tension headaches and stress.
I call it the Ski Jump (the anatomical name is Levator Scapulae)
Practice the press in and hold method on the Ski Jump – I do this all the time.
Golf Ball – this is the most common knot / trigger point in the body, although it does not have an anatomical name, we call it the Golf Ball.
We cover this knot extensively in the MasterClass (and also upgraded classes).

Pistol Grip
Bloody Hurts
A group of muscles: (anatomically named)
- Teres Major
- Teres Minor
- Infraspinatus
Part of your Rotator Cuff
This group of muscles are extremely sensitive. They’re small and play a major role in the movement of your arm.
They respond really well to massage, the release is remarkable and will have your partner tell all their friends about your massage.
Helpful Relaxation Massages
Back Massage
The Wiggle will surprise you!
It sounds silly, until it’s done to you
I use this movement all the time – it’s a pleasant feeling for sure. But also the movement gives my wrist a break and is less prone to pain.
Lower Back – on a muscle called Quadratus Lumborum.
The QL’s are muscles that you’ll remember – I promise
We cover the Quadratus Lumborum extensively in the upgraded classes. This muscle is significant in it’s relationship to lower back pain as it attaches to the ribs, hips and lumber spine. When tense it’ll pull on all of these structures.

Glutes & Iliotibial Band
Glutes – Find Piriformis – this muscle is tense on everyone! This is a must know massage.
Find Piriformis – your partner will fall in love with you
Iliotibial Band – if you’ve heard of the ITB then you probably has a solid understanding of the pain this can cause.
Be careful with this massage, it packs a punch when you get the angles right.

Hands & Feet
Hands and Feet hold tension like all muscles do. The knots are usually crunchy and produce the most incredible release.
The hands will take an incredible amount of abuse and can handle lots of pressure. The feet also like deep tissue but there are certain spots that need TLC.
Usually crunchy, you can even hear it
LifeTime members and Upgraded subscribers receive full access to all Head, Hands and Feet classes.
Deep Tissue Guidance
It’s Just The Beginning
Angles are the key to good depth. Anyone can mash into a muscle, but this will cause pain and will tire you out.
Choose the right angle and you’ll create an elegant release that feel divine and soothing.
Anyone Can Mash, An Expert Knows Angles
Where To Press: Every muscle holds tension. Often you’ll find a knot something near the belly of the muscle. ALSO, you’ll find tension close to the attachment points of the muscle. Massage these areas to impress your partner without hurting your hands.
I’m not strong enough: Is a false statement. I’ve seen the smallest of hands bring large men to tears with massage purely by knowing where to press, which angle to use and how to manage body weight. You can do the same.
