What Couples HATE About Massage

[one_fourth]

Sore Thumbs

If your thumbs become sore during a massage it’s because you’re using them too much. Massaging with your thumbs is naturally easy and instinctively you’ll be able to do this. There are plenty massage techniques that feel amazing which don’t involve your thumbs, I’ve loaded my books up with these types of techniques.

Tired Hands

3 minutes into a massage, are your hands are tired? If you can relate, then you’re using far too much pressure. Even if your partner loves deep tissue massage stick to the deep stuff for only 20% of the time. Mix up your massage with light strokes, then deep tissue work for 10 seconds then back to light strokes.

It’s Boring!

We get bored cause we use the same techniques over and over again. This is an easy fix, use the routines I’ve given you in the courses to create a fresh approach to your massage. You can reverse the order of the routine or work your way up and down through different combinations to create new sequences. When practising with your partner, stick to the 5 minute rule – it works a treat! You’ll be the one that will wants to break the rule and steal all the massage time!
