Learn the fundamentals of massage. Includes how to apply oil and 3 basic massage strokes. This course is by far the MOST important part of the entire series - and only $9.99.

Module 1 takes you through the fundamentals of massage. These are the building blocks of what creates the perfect massage.

In my opinion this is the most important tutorial of all in this series. A good foundation means everything.

In this module you’ll cover:

How to apply oil

My Basic Massage Stroke

The Back Massage Stroke

Basic neck massage

HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL

You and your partner will want to learn together. Practice each massage stroke / technique for 5 minutes – then swap over with your partner so they have a chance to practice on you too. That’s it!

At the very end, I’ll take you through a short massage sequence to bring the three basic massage strokes together into a nice short routine. It’s easy!

WHAT YOU NEED TO START: MASSAGE OIL

Before you start you’ll need to pick up some Cold Pressed Sweet Almond Oil (if you’re allergic to nuts, Grapeseed Oil is a good alternative). You can buy these oils cheaply from your local health food store, or Amazon sells Sweet Almond Oil – click here

ALLERGIES TO OIL
Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether you’ll have an allergic reaction to any of these oils. There are many types of oils that you can use – Sweet Almond and Grapeseed Oil are the most commonly used amongst massage practitioners.

MADE FOR THE HOME
This course has been designed for couples to do at home – you won’t need a massage table or any other specialty equipment.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS?
This intro course costs $9.99 – bargain considering the amount of coaching you receive.

For those of you who have a discount code – simply press the buy now button and you’ll be directed to a page where you can enter in your discount code.

Remember this module is the basics – and I’ve kept this session VER-R-RY basic! You’ll be surprised with how easy it actually is. But don’t be fooled… so many professional massage practitioners cannot get the basics right because they’re too busy trying to learn the fancy stuff.

Get the fundamentals right and you and your partner will be loving your newfound massage skills!

Enjoy the e-book!

Cheers,

Denis Merkas.

Learn how to find the muscles that make your partner melt. In this course you'll create highlights that'll make your partner purr like a kitten - releasing tension and stress like your partner has never felt before.

Highlights mean serious business… this is where your partner starts the ooo’s and ahh’s, maybe even a slight trickle of drool. And don’t forget the brownie points you’ll score… it all comes from the highlights.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The intermediate course requires that you have a solid understanding of the Basic Massage Techniques – module 1. I is recommended that you first download and practice the Basic Techniques until you’re confident to move on.

The Basic Massage Course is $9.99 – download it here - Basic Massage Course

In this module you’ll cover:

New massage techniques to add to the basic strokes that makes up the fundamental building blocks of your massage.

A breakdown of the muscles that cause us pain

Specific locations within muscles that hold tension

Techniques on how to highlight through these areas of tension

WHAT ARE HIGHLIGHTS

The “highlight” is a term that I have coined to express the type of massage technique you perform when working through an area of tension. Although many people may consider a highlight as deep tissue massage, it is not. Anyone can do deep tissue massage. By creating a highlight within a relaxation (Basic Massage Stroke) you start to add color to your massage… this is where you’re partner starts to ooh and ahh and melt with groans of satisfaction! It’s my favourite bit!

Highlights flow, providing texture to your massage making it exciting for both you and your partner, rather than boring and deep, or monotonously light.

The intermediate massage course is structured around the highlight.

To perform a highlight simply slow down and increase the depth of pressure in your massage stoke.

I’ve provided diagrams to show you where to highlight, and I’ve included the highlights within massage strokes.

Your massage routine at the end of the tutorial is full of combinations using basic massage strokes and highlights – it’s AWESOME!

In the same format as the Basic Massage Course, you’ll spend 5 minutes practicing each technique before swapping over to let your partner practice on you. The highlights are much more advanced than what you learnt in the Basic Massage Course, so you’ll need to practice the same technique several times, swapping over several times AND the most important part, give each other feedback on what feels good and which techniques need more work.

At the end of this tutorial you’ll be able to provide your partner with a delectable 15 minute massage that will make them melt!

DOWNLOAD $14.95 USD
